Okorocha says Uzodinma’s INEC Court Order May Be Fake

Rochas Okorocha dares Hope Uzodinma to publish the real court order

“At the point when Uche Nwosu got his court order, it was distributed in national daily papers for Nigerians to see. We are suspecting that Hope Uzodinma more likely didn’t give a real court order.

Imo State representative, Rochas Okorocha, has asserted that the court arrange, which the Independent National Electoral Commission depends on to recognise Senator Hope Uzodinma as the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the state, may be fake.

Rochas Okorocha challenged Hope Uzodinma or the electoral commission to publish the court order if it real.

Rochas Okorocha, who addressed SUNDAY PUNCH through the Chief Press Secretary, Mr Sam Onwuemedo, said he was not intrigued by expelling the National Chairman of the party, Adams Oshiomhole, from office, focusing on that Oshiomhole ought to allow the truth to prevail.

He stated, “Governor Okorocha assumed a key role in the emergence of Adams Oshiomhole as the chairman of the party. Our interest isn’t who goes or who remains. We are requesting equity and this is the thing that we are stating. The national chairman (Oshiomhole) disbanded the Ahmed Gulak committee and set up another, headed by Brig. Gen. Ibrahim Amabiaka (retd.); the man came here and conducted the primary election.

“However, Oshiomhole returned to start dealing the Gulak committee once more. There is another issue. We want Nigerians to ask Hope Uzodinma to distribute the court order he provided for INEC which they (INEC) depended on to publish his name as the APC governorship candidate in Imo.

He also went ahead to say that if Uzodinma can not publish the court order, then, they must have deceived INEC by giving them a forged court order.
